SMALL GROUPS

SUNDAY EVENINGS

"Only if you are part of a community of believers seeking to resemble, serve, and love Jesus will you ever get to know him and grow into his likeness." - Tim Keller

You weren't made for isolation. And although life together can be uncomfortable - even messy - in the Gospel we hear that Jesus redeemed his Church as a people, not merely a collection of individuals.  So, together we embrace the means of grace he's given us: the Word, sacraments, and prayer.  And through them we believe Jesus works by His Spirit to nourish and strengthen us to become more and more like him - loving and serving each other and our community; demonstrating to the world what it looks like to live in Jesus' kingdom.

Whitney, mom

"Being a part of a small group is instrumental in helping me feel connected at Trinity. We discuss key points from that day's sermon in a relaxed environment, which helps me apply God's word to my life as I go through the week.  At the same time, I enjoy the fellowship we experience; we encourage one another and build friendships that would be hard to achieve by just coming to church on Sunday morning."

Jessica, writer

"As we share our lives, lift each other up in prayer, and consider what it means to follow Christ in our daily lives, I am encouraged in my faith. I look forward to seeing my small group friends each week!"

John, professor

"Sitting in fellowship with other Christians has given me a sense of community that is both broad and deep.  Small group connects me to my brothers and sisters in Christ, both in sharing a meal around a table and in exploring our common faith.  Our meetings remind me of the diversity of God's people; our

conversations impress upon me the depth of his love for us all."
